The Heart chakra represents unconditional love in every aspect, healing and a benevolent connection to the world. It also represents the midpoint between Earth and Heaven, it is the balancing point between matter and spirit and where the three earthly lower chakras meet the three higher ethereal chakras. The Heart charka is about liking yourself and loving who you are but also loving and nurturing your partner, family and all those you surround yourself with. It helps me to look at myself as I would another friend. As weird as that concept seems, you would put aside some time to spend with yourself like you would make plans to see any other friend and in so doing get to know them, what they enjoy doing and what really makes them tick, treating them with kindness and the respect that you would give to anyone.
